Enrolment Application

We would love to have you at Pine View Primary School and thank you for considering our school.

In line with Department of Education there are a few processes and documents for consideration.

You can enter your address here  to see which school is closest to you. If you then click on the school on the right hand side, it will take you to a map showing whether you live in the Pine View PS intake area. If you live within our intake area, there is an automatic place available for you (Kindergarten exempt).

1st Stage:

Please fill out an Application to Enrol form. These forms can be found by clicking here. You will need to supply the school a Birth Certificate, two forms of proof of address and immunisation records for each child you are enrolling.

2nd Stage:

Your application to enrol will be processed and you will be informed of the decision as soon as possible. If your application is successful, an enrolment package will be sent out.

If your application is declined, you can appeal the decision directly to the South Metropolitan Education Regional Office. The information on how to do this will be outlined in the decline letter.

3rd stage:

Upon successful completion, you will receive a confirmation letter from the school as well as information relating to Booklists, uniforms etc.
