In line with Department of Education enrolment guidelines, there are a few processes and documents for consideration.
STAGE 1:
To be considered for enrolment at Pine View Primary School, you will need to fill out an Application to Enrol form. If you would prefer a paper copy, please call in to our school office between 8:15am – 3:15pm.

Please check Schools Online Department of Education Western Australia (det.wa.edu.au) to find your local primary school. Preference is given to students residing within our local intake area.
Please supply each of the following documents to support your application for enrolment:
- Student’s birth certificate
- Australian Immunisation History Statement (no more than 2 months old)
- 2x forms of proof of residential address
- Citizenship / Visa / Residency details (if both parents born outside of Australia)
- Disability diagnosis reports and NDIS information (Education Support Program only)
- 2x latest student reports
Education Support Program:
All enrolment applications are assessed according to the Department of Education enrolment procedures.
The criteria for Pine View Primary School Education Support Program are:
- Students with an Intellectual Disability or Global Development Delay and who are eligible for an Individual Disability Allocation under this category.
- Students with eligibility for an Individual Disability Allocation for Autism Spectrum Disorder and a demonstrated high education need.
All Education Support Program applications are subject to eligibility and availability of a position.
Your application and supporting documents can be emailed to the school or dropped in to the school office between 8:15am - 3:15pm. Applications are not processed until all information is provided.
PLEASE NOTE: This is an application stage only.
STAGE 2:
Once all enrolment evidence is received your application to enrol will be processed. You will be informed of the outcome as soon as possible.
- If your application is successful, enrolment documents will be sent to you. These include enrolment form, student health care summary and permission forms. We will provide information relating to Booklists, uniforms, faction team and after school care, etc.
- If your application is declined, you can appeal the decision directly to the South Metropolitan Education Regional Office. The information on how to do this will be outlined in the decline letter.
